CPOs are notified of proposed land use action and legislative changes within their boundaries. They may review these applications and provide recommendations to the Board of County Commissioners.

Proposal; Wireless Facility – extend fencing and area to install emergency generator. 16’X 10’. Applicant: Valerie Peterson Owner; Terry Emmert.
Nonconforming use verification and alteration/change: Applicant is requesting a verification of nonconforming setbacks and an alteration/change to the existing garage to be converted to a guest house on the subject property.
Replacement dwelling: Applicant proposes to move historic existing dwelling in a easterly direction on property.
Proposal: Applicant propose to transport an existing historic dwelling located on tax lot 500 to adjacent tax lot 404.

Proposal: Two parcel partition of a 2.14 acre property in the RA-1 zone. One new lot to be created for residential development.
Proposal; RRFF-5 zone - 3.28 acre parcel, 2 parcel Multi Dwelling Land Division per ZDO 1012.02(B) - which allows a partition with reduced parcel size/density based on verification of multiple legally established dwellings (Z0075-22-NCU) on a subject property. As proposed and required a home will be located on each parcel. A Medium RSSCA stream runs E/W through the center of the property, with an established crossing, S Clear Creek Rd
