The proposed changes approved in the 2021, 2022 and 2023 sessions are grouped as follows

  1. Accessory dwelling unit(ADUs) in rural residential zones (optional)
  2. Recreational vehicle for residential use as second dwelling (optional)
  3. Changes to standards for replacement dwelling in Agriculture and Forest zone (mandatory)
  4. Housing-related amendments, including additional allowance for affordable housing, ie, prefabricated structure; and single-rom occupancies (mandatory)
  5. Minor, non-substantive change to the Comprehensive Plan and ZDO for clarity and to correct errors.
