UTILITY FACIILITY - The applicant proposes to improve and upgrade an
existing substation and associated
development. The project is proposed to address increased needs for power
capacity in the region and to improve infrastructure resiliency. Proposed
development
includes driveway resurfacing and extension, replacement and upgrades to
substation equipment, replacement of fencing around the substation,
replacing and upgrading transmission lines to the substation, and installation
of subsurface distribution lines and associated structures.
